Meet our processing team

Lorraine Gallagher
Our seaweed queen
With 12+ years in seaweed, Lorraine is the go-to person for just about everything. She oversees both our farm and facility operations, ensures top-notch quality, and is the first point of contact for our partners. Ask her anything – chances are, she already has the answer.

Kieran Jones
Makes it happen
Hands-on with seaweed since 2017, Kieran is the one turning plans into action. He handles project planning, schedules the processing line, captures data, and keeps a sharp eye on everything flowing through the system. Basically: if it’s moving, he’s managing it.

Malcolm McIlwaine
Keeps it running
Malcolm brings his background in engineering and experience in the aquaculture world to keep our processing line ticking. From day-to-day maintenance to jumping in when things need fixing, he’s the calm in the (seaweed) storm.
